Based on Dr. Dan Harrison’s 30 years of global research on what drives career performance, it uses predictive analytics to identify and rank from over 700 careers, the specific jobs that you are mostly likely to enjoy and be successful in. This is NOT a personality inventory. Rather, this assessment provides insights that determine essential high performance traits and those that will accelerate or hinder performance related to specific positions. It reveals a person’s work preferences and behavioral competencies that pinpoint the developmental opportunities and career planning to achieve personal satisfaction and measurable job performance. 2. Access Your Career Portal…
Once your assessment is complete, you will be granted accesses to your personal Career Navigator portal. The portal provides unlimited access to your assessment results and an in-depth analysis of your interests, task preferences, strengths, potential derailers, and work environment preferences. Functions also include the ability to generate Career Enjoyment Analysis reporting for specific career types, as well as reporting on Career Development and Your Greatest Strengths.
3. Discover Your Next Steps…
Once you have accessed your portal and taken a look around, you will receive a follow-up call from us. It’s our goal to ensure that you have all of the tools that you need to be successful while on this journey. This includes answering any questions you may have regarding the reporting functions, as well as the overall navigation of the portal. Once your questions have been answered and you are comfortable with the system, you’ll be on your way to assessing some great career options. Upon registration, you will receive a link and brief instructions on Harrison’s industry leading SmartQuestionnaire. The assessment measures 175 workplace factors and enables the effective measurement of leadership paradoxes, emotional intelligence, personality, motivation, attitudes, passion for specific jobs, engagement, and retention. The assessment takes approximately 20 minutes.
